Empowering Senior Lives
Experience Matters
With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Sara considers it a privilege to walk alongside older adults and their loved ones during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
She has served families throughout the Chicagoland area, including facilitating difficult conversations during times of transition, helping families navigate complex decisions, and connecting veterans with VA benefits as they plan for the future.
Her services are thoughtfully designed to provide trusted support, practical resources, and compassionate guidance—always centered on the unique needs and well-being of each client.

Sara's Story
Sara's journey of working with older adults began with the loving relationship she had with her grandparents when she was a little girl. After more than 10 years in this field, Sara knows there is a better way to support older adults and their families as they navigate the challenges of aging.
She has seen that advance care planning, counseling, and other forms of assistance can make all the difference. Sara's goal is to provide caring support and guidance for older adults and their families throughout their journey.
Margaret was a loving grandma to thirteen grandkids, and I was lucky to be one of them. Whether I was savoring her famous pasties or staying for countless sleepovers, simply being with her was a gift.
Despite the profound loss of her oldest son in Vietnam and her own health challenges, my grandma's strength never wavered.

My grandpa, William, a WWII veteran, carried a quiet strength behind his gentle blue eyes. I still vividly remember him watching over me from his blue-and-white rocking chair in the garage as I rode my bike up and down the sidewalk.
When my grandparents passed within a few years of each other, I saw my mom's grief. We faced their loss without much support. It left a deep mark on my heart and shaped my professional journey.
Today, as a social worker, I serve older adults and their families, making sure they have the support they deserve. I see this as the best way to honor my grandparents.
